The Deli Style: BBQ Smoked Brisket
Dry rub the brisket with Wulffdendeli BBQ Classic Seasoning and place into the smoker at 135° for several hours depending on the weight. We use Oak Smoking Chips. It produces a lovely bark with succulent juicy and tender meat. The flavour is absolutely amazing!

Ingredients: Salt, Black Pepper, Sugar, Paprika, Cumin, Garlic, Onion, Chilli, Cayenne Pepper, Mustard and Corn Starch
Add to yoghurt or oil to make a marinade for fish, chicken and meat. Sprinkle over baked potatoes or home made fries. Mix Mayonnaise and sour cream with the spice mix to create a tasty dip.
