Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time: We aim to dispatch within 1 day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please ensure you enter accurate contact information at check out or during registration.
All Knives are now dispatched using an AVD (Age Verification Delivery) Service in compliance with The OWA (Offensive Weapons Act) 2019. You must be over the age of 18 to purchase and receive bladed items. If purchasing knives, please use a company address (not a residential address) to receive your order. Section 38 Part 3 of the Offensive Weapons Act 2019 states that shipments of bladed articles can only be made to business addresses. We use DPD and Parcelforce as our preferred couriers. Next Day Delivery is from the date of dispatch. Deli Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday for orders placed by 1pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
We do try and provide accurate delivery estimates and customers normally receive a text message from the courier with delivery status and estimated delivery slot.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates beyond our control, however we assume the couriers do their best to honour delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for delays in your order once shipped, but we do work closely with our shipping partners and will work with you to resolve such delays as best we can.

**For International Tracking on Knife Sets over 4kg, a surcharge for delivery is added of £20 as per Logistal Tarrif Charges. For European, Channel Islands, a surcharge of £7.50 will be added to the standard delivery cost.
Orders over £50 will qualify for FreeDelivery. This is to UK destinations ONLY.
All fresh meats are packaged in food grade, approved chiller bags with disposable freezer blocks. This is more than sufficient for next day deliveries. Should cured meats and fresh meats be shipped together and arrived after 48 hours, the fresh meat will be fully refunded, not the cured meats.

Claims can only be made through via our customer service by calling +44 7760403939 or emaliing us at email@example.com and must be done within 2 days of receipt of order.
Any shortages must be reported within 12 hours of delivery, included being checked for damages upon receipt.
