We offer an additional 2 years to our Standard 1 Year Guarantee for complete peace of mind.

If your knives have a manufacturing fault or have become defective from normal use within this period, they may be returned to us for repair or replacement.

Please note: "Wear and Tear" as well as commercial use are not covered under this agreement. Misuse, scratches, discolouration and accidental damage are not covered. The Extended Guarantee is available to a select range of knives and knife sets and will be available on those product pages as an add-on.
